Is our website open as normal?
Yes, we are taking online orders as usual. However, we have put in place some additional measures to help our staff meet the needs of our customers at this time
Royal Mail services are currently deemed a part of the government's key infrastructure therefore we do not anticipate a service interruption to this service - there may however be a delayed service. Our other couriers have advised us there may be a delay in fulfilling their obligations - as such our premium delivery service cannot be guaranteed at this time.
To help us despatch your order, the daily order cutoff time may be earlier than normal. This will vary in different parts of the country, from day to day. We will endeavour to get your shoes to you as soon as possible.
